Users in your Applaud tenant are all the people who use your system. You can link these users in the User model to a Person model, which you can then use to streamline managing your workforce. Applaud integrates smoothly with existing HR systems, and you can use workflows to manage users in your third-party systems, keeping data up-to-date, whilst keeping an easy-to-use interface for both the employee and HR professional.
You can define and control user access within your organization with custom user roles, see our knowledge base article, About custom roles. It provides detailed guidance on creating and managing roles, allowing you to tailor access levels and permissions to meet your specific needs.
