You can invite a user manually, change their email address, manage their roles, and even language preferences.
When you recruit a new employee, you need to send information to their personal email address, such as their offer letter and contract amount other communications. You can add the new employee as a user to your Applaud tenant with their personal email so they can access the information they need on your Applaud tenant. However, after they start their employment, you want them to use their work email address. You can use workflow to convert their email address to the work one on their start date.
