Only a user with the Tenant admin user role can perform this action.
Procedure
- On the Admin home page, select Users.
- Search for the user that you want to delete.
- Either select the context menu from the three dots
or select the user row to open the user's definition page and select DELETE.
Applaud assigns the Deleted chip to the user record. Deleted users do not count towards your subscription count. The user can no longer sign in to your tenant. Remember they might be able to see any pages you have made public that don't require sign-in.
Follow-up task:
- You can undelete a user by selecting the UNDELETE option from the user's context menu on the Users page.
