English is the default language, but we support Arabic, French, Spanish, and German, which you need to install. If you require any other languages, please contact your Applaud support representative.
Your tenant is shown to a user in their browser's set language by default. However, if you set the language here, this overrides the default browser language. Admin pages aren't translated.
Prerequisites
- Before changing the language for a user, you need to ensure that your tenant administrator has selected this in your tenant Settings menu. See our knowledge base article, Install languages.
- The user should have their browser set to their preferred language.
Procedure
- On the Admin home page, select Users, and on the Users page, select the user you want to change the language.
- Select the PREFERENCES tab and on the Language preferences page, from the Language list, select the language you want for the user.
- Select SAVE.
