English is the default language, but we support many other languages, which you need to install. If you require any other languages, please contact your Applaud support representative.
- Before changing the language for a user, you need to ensure that your tenant administrator has selected this in your tenant Settings menu. See our knowledge base article, Install languages.
- On the Admin home page, select Users, and on the Users page, select the user you want to change the language.
- On the User definition page, from the Language list, select the language you want for the user.
- Select SAVE.
