Set a user's language

English is the default language, but we support many other languages, which you need to install. If you require any other languages, please contact your Applaud support representative.

Prerequisites

• Before changing the language for a user, you need to ensure that your tenant administrator has selected this in your tenant Settings menu. See our knowledge base article, Install languages.

Procedure

1. On the Admin home page, select Users, and on the Users page, select the user you want to change the language.
2. On the User definition page, from the Language list, select the language you want for the user.
3. Select SAVE.
