We currently only support Arabic, French, German and Spanish. Don't hesitate to contact your Applaud support representative if you require another language.
Your tenant is shown to a user in their browser's set language by default. However, if you set the language here, this overrides the default browser language. Admin pages aren't translated.
- Before you can change the language for a user, you need to ensure that your tenant administrator has selected this in your tenant Settings menu. See our knowledge base article, Install languages.
- The user should have their browser set to their preferred language.
- On the Admin home page, select Users, and on the Users page, select the user you want to change the language.
- Select the PREFERENCES tab and on the Language preferences page, from the Language list, select the language you want for the user.
- Select SAVE.
