Procedure
- Read over your article and ensure there are no typos or grammar errors. Make sure you've followed your company's best practices for writing policies. You can use a policy writing checklist such as:
- Is the policy document clearly titled and dated?
- Are the purpose and scope of the policy clearly defined?
- Is the policy logically structured with clear headings and subheadings?
- Is the language clear, concise, and free of jargon or overly technical terms?
- Have you included any relevant links, images, videos, or attachments?
- Once your article meets the required standard, select SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL.
Follow-up task
Once you submit your article, it will go to the knowledge manager for review and approval. They might have a few comments or suggestions, for which you'll receive a notification.
- Select the notification and review the requested revisions.
- Select VIEW MORE; this opens your article so you can amend your article with the required improvements.
- Once you are done, select RESUBMIT.
