You can only modify the content settings for articles that you have authored.
Procedure
- From the main burger bar menu, select Knowledge Owner to expand the menu and select My Knowledge.
- Find the article you want to edit settings for, and in the Content settings box, select CHANGE.
- In the Edit knowledge settings dialog box, edit the settings you want:
- Category: You can only select one category here. However, you can choose any category that might be a subcategory. See our knowledge base article, About knowledge management content categories.
- Visibility start date: When the article is visible to users. This can be in the future.
- Expiration date: The date the article is achieved. A reminder will be sent to the knowledge owner a month before this date.
- Featured image: This image appears in a journey's content list. See our knowledge base article, About a journey's stages and content.

Use criteria to limit this content to a particular audience:
- Countries: Select the countries to which this content applies. Only users from these locations will be able to view this article.
- Manager-exclusive content: Select this if this article only applies to managers, such as information on managing people.
- Attachments: Only upload documents such as PDFs. See our knowledge base article, Document file types.
- Select SAVE.
