AI helps you create high-quality knowledge content faster. You can write a prompt or upload a document, and Applaud will generate a draft article for you. Always review and edit the draft to ensure it meets your organization’s tone and accuracy standards.
Procedures
- Open the My Knowledge page and do one of the following:
Upload a document
- From the banner, select UPLOAD to add a policy or guide document. This must be a .docx file.
- Applaud converts your file into a draft article.
- Review the article and its scorecards before you submit it for review to be published.
Generate using AI
- From the top-right corner, select GENERATE USING AI.
- Optionally, from the Optional pre-made examples list, choose a template. This helps the AI to create the right type of article for your employees.
- In the What do you want AI to write about? box, enter your topic or prompt.
- Provide as much detailed information as you need. The AI will utilize any existing documents or knowledge content to enhance the accuracy of its output. Therefore, the more information you put into the system, the better the output. The article will also be written in your brand's tone of voice. - From the Category list, select a category for your article.
- Select START GENERATING NOW. Generating your content may take a few moments, but when it's ready, you can view and edit it from your My Knowledge page.
