Whether you have written an article manually or generated one using AI, you can easily review and edit it to add those all-important finishing touches.
- As a knowledge owner, navigate to your My knowledge page.
- Find and select the article you want to edit from your content list.
- Select EDIT from the top-right corner.
- In the Content body, make any changes you require.
- Select whether to Use AI to polish the content body. Enable this feature to automatically improve your text with minor edits. It aims to enhance clarity, fix punctuation, and correct grammar without changing the original meaning.
- Select whether to Use AI to generate the title and subtitle from the above body. Choosing this option will remove the Title and Subtitle fields. Leaving it unchecked means you'll need to enter or edit them manually.
- Make any required changes to the Title and Subtitle. (This only applies if you have left Use AI unchecked.)
- Select SAVE.
