You can learn how to configure tenant-wide settings in Applaud, including authentication, domains, notifications, integrations, and security. These settings help you tailor Applaud to your organization’s policies, strengthen security, and provide the right experience for your workforce.
If you have the Tenant Admin role, you can view and configure global settings for your Applaud tenant. Configuring these settings ensures your tenant runs smoothly and stays aligned with organizational standards.
Your tenant
As a Tenant Admin, you can see the Name and Tier of your tenant, but you cannot update them. You can, however, configure all other tenant-wide settings.

- Keep branding consistent – Update notification emails and custom domains so employees recognize them as official.
- Think security first – Enable two-factor authentication and review session duration policies to balance protection with ease of use.
- Test before rollout – Test SSO, cookie consent, and domain changes with a small group of users first.
- Review regularly – Some settings, such as Google Analytics or Maps API keys, may need periodic updates.
