You can customize the call-to-action (CTA) label in Applaud email notifications so the button text reflects your organization's style and processes. By default, the label appears as:

- In the Applaud platform, on the Admin home page, select Settings.
- On the Settings page, scroll down to the Email notification call-to-action label settings.
- If you leave the option set to Default, the call-to-action remains "Open in {Your brand's Company name}."
- To add your own call-to-action label, select Custom and enter your required label.
- Select UPDATE.
Best practices
- Keep the label short and action-oriented (for example, Approve now, View details).
- Use terms your employees will immediately recognize.
- Stay consistent across all notifications for clarity.
