Set your custom domain

You can choose whether the Integrations page runs on your custom or default domain. Important points:

• If you set up a custom domain, integrations will continue to run only on the default domain.
• If you would like to run integrations on your custom domain, you can contact Applaud Support. They can configure integrations specifically for that domain.
• Once integrations are configured on your custom domain, they will no longer run on the default domain.

Prerequisites

• Change your DNS records and either create or update the Canonical Name record (CNAME) to make your subdomain an alias of your default Applaud address.

  Changes to DNS records can take up to 48 hours to propagate fully.

Procedure

1. On the Admin home page, select Settings.
2. Under the Custom Domain section, in the Custom Domain box, type in your custom domain.
3. Select UPDATE.
