Set your custom domain

You can choose whether the Integrations page should run on your custom or default domain. However, if you set up a custom domain, integrations will only run on the default domain. If you want to run integrations on your custom domain, please contact our support team. They will assist you in setting up the custom domain configuration for integrations. It's important to note that once you configure integrations on your custom domain, they will no longer run on your default domain.

Prerequisites

• Change your DNS records and either create or update the Canonical Name record (CNAME) to make your subdomain an alias of your default Applaud address.

  Changes to DNS records can take up to 48 hours to propagate fully.

Procedure

1. On the Admin home page, select Settings.
2. Under the Custom Domain section, in the Custom Domain box, type in your custom domain.
3. Select UPDATE.
