Applaud leverages Oracle roles-based access control extensively. During installation and auto-setup, the process will create multiple menus, functions, and grants and such may result in the existing stats being outdated, which could lead to sub-optimal performance.
The easiest option is to run Gather Schema Statistics for ALL schemas. This concurrent program is available to run from the System Administrator's responsibility.
