It's important to note that whilst you'll have three tenants, you'll actually only have two accounts because Applaud's multi-tenanted architecture physically separates production and non-production.
If you reside in the US, your tenants are located at:
-
- applaudcloud.com - For production tenants.
- tryapplaud.com - For non-production tenants such as your development and user acceptance testing tenants.
For our EU customers:
-
- applaudcloud-eu.com - For production tenants.
- tryapplaud-eu.com - For non-production tenants such as your development and user acceptance testing tenants.
A typical employee end-user will have a single account for the production tenant. However, any user invited to use your development or test tenant, such as super users or users involved in UAT, will have TWO accounts.
If you have agreed more than two non-production tenants, e.g., a dev, UAT, and pre-production, all will share one account.
Just because a single account can be used across multiple non-production tenants, that in itself doesn't mean you can access any other tenant. You still need to be invited to each tenant one by one, and each tenant has an isolated set of access controls, which means you can be a superuser in one but have no permission in another.
