Our products deactivate 30 days after the date of initial installation. If you wish to continue using the product, you will need to purchase the required licenses and activate them. Once you enter a valid Activation Code code, activation happens immediately.
To activate your product, you will need to:
Firstly, obtain the serial number for the product as described in viewing the status of the product above.
Please supply your Serial Number as plain text (not a screenshot image) to Applaud Solutions together with the Customer Name by either raising a Service Request or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an activation code within one working day once we have validated the license purchase.
Shortly after sending Applaud your serial number, you will receive an Activation Code by return. This activation code will be of the form:
where * is an alphanumeric character. Your Activation Code may be longer or shorter than this example.
Please be aware that we are not able to issue activation codes if you have not procured software licenses or signed the appropriate legal documents.
To activate your product or update an already activated product, paste in the Activation Code in the same page where you see the Serial Number and hit Activate.
Once a product has been activated, it will remain activated even after an environment has been cloned.

The License Management concurrent program allocates users' licenses and helps ensure compliance by alerting you to licensing issues, such as under-licensing, product expiry, or other problems. It also helps you avoid under-licensing by re-allocating licenses when they are no longer used. To learn more about license compliance, please see License compliance.
This program must be run on a regular basis and the recommended schedule is weekly. It has no parameters.
To schedule this program:
- Ensure you have been assigned the Applaud Administrator responsibility
- Navigate to Applaud Administrator: Requests: Submit Requests
- Select the License Management concurrent program and hit Schedule
- Use a Periodical schedule that is re-run every 7 days. You should leave the End At field blank to ensure it's run indefinitely; leave the default interval from the Start of the prior run
- Hit OK to schedule this program on a regular basis
Alerts about licensing issues will be sent as FYI Workflow Notifications to the Applaud Administrator responsibility. Please ensure you keep this responsibility so that you receive these alerts.
