Deploy your digital experience survey to your website

Prerequisite

• Add a workforce or digital experience survey

Procedure

Once you have created and published your survey, you need to place it on your website.

1. For the survey you want to use, select more options, then select EDIT.

2. In the Survey dialogue box, please scroll down to the Script section, copy the code, and embed it in the application where you want to request feedback. The way this is done varies by application, but typically there's a place where you can embed external HTML content.

   

   This creates a widget on your website to collect responses to the digital and workforce experience surveys you made in your tenant. All responses are fed back to your Applaud tenant, where you can review the results.

3. You'll need to give your external website access to your Applaud tenant. See our knowledge base article, Grant access to your Applaud tenant.
