Once you have created your survey, you need to publish it. On the row of the survey, you want to publish, select more options , and then select PUBLISH.
You also need to trigger when you want your survey to appear by linking it to an employee event. For example, for a new starter, you need to trigger it when you create an employee record. You can do this by adding a workflow action in your model's workflow. See our knowledge base article, Enroll users on a survey using workflow.
