You need to give Workato access to your Applaud tenant by creating a new connection in your Workato App Connections. See their help article, App connections. You will need this information from your Applaud tenant.

| Connection name | The name you want to give your connection. This should be unique and identify the instance for the connection. |
| Tenant URL | The URL address that you use to access your Applaud tenant. |
| API key | The API key from your Applaud tenant. You can find these on the API keys page in your Applaud tenant. See our help topic, Add an API key. |
