We've built your Applaud solution with the concept of uniting systems to offer users a single easy-to-use application. One where they can access all their employee services without ever having to leave the platform. Every block of content that the user sees on a page links to a data source, which could be the Applaud Cloud itself or from somewhere else. Some examples include a news feed that might show information from SharePoint or an organization's intranet. A list of team members might come from your organization's core HR system.
Applaud integrates with Workato, a workflow automation tool that you can use to connect your applications to your Applaud system without code. Our partnership with integration and automation specialists Workato means that you can quickly and conveniently choose from over a thousand pre-built connectors to bring all your HR services and tasks into one place for your employees.
Workato has done all of the complicated, hard work of integrating with a vast library of systems. You don't need to code any integrations, which means that more users need less technical expertise to perform a few on-screen tasks to connect your applications within minutes. To gain access to Workato and start creating recipes, contact your Applaud account representative, who will be happy to set this up for you. Once activated, users with either the Tenant admin or Identity manager roles can assign Integration roles to users.
