A stage is a milestone or checkpoint within the journey, such as Preboarding, Day 1, or First 90 Days.
Prerequisites
- From the main burger bar menu, select Journey setup and then either select an existing journey or Create a new Journey.
- Add team participants to a Journey.
Procedure
Create a stage
- Select the Stages and Content tab, select Add Stage, and in the Add Journey stage dialog box, enter the Name of this stage.
- Under the Timing section, specify when the stage starts and the stage's length, for example, seven days or 30 days:
- Before another: From the list of other stages, select an existing stage.
- After another: From the list of other stages, select an existing stage.
- On start date: Enter the duration in days.
- On end date: Enter the duration in days.
- Select SAVE.
Set hero content for your stage
- On the Journey stages and content page, select the stage, and in the dialog box, scroll down and select Edit Hero.
- Select the Include hero section option and complete the rest of the form:
- Enter a Title and Subtitle for your stage, for example, "Welcome" and "Let's get you onboarded." This is shown at the top of the user's journey page.
- You can enhance this stage in the journey by adding descriptive text and an engaging graphic to liven up the page.
Set featured content for your stage
- On the Journey stages and content page, select the stage, and in the dialog box, select Select content.
- There are two sections, one for employees and one for managers. In either section, select the existing content that you want to make available to the user.
- Once you've selected all your content, select SAVE.
