Procedure
- From the top navigation bar, select the burger menu and Journeys to expand the selection and select Journey setup. This page displays all existing journeys and options for creating a new one.
- Select + Create new journey, and in the Create journey dialog box, enter the appropriate details, such as:
- Moment: Select a predefined moment from the list available.
- Title: Enter a name for the journey, for example, "Onboarding for New Employees."
- Subtitle: You can enter a short description of what you can use the journey for.
- Image: Upload an image to help other HR staff recognize this journey type.
- Automatically enroll people into this journey: Leave this option selected to add all employees or clear it to add employees later.
- Eligibility: Everyone is eligible by default. Alternatively, select Restrict by county and select one from the list.
- Select SAVE.
