After you complete the steps in Set up an SPF record for your domain and all DNS updates are in place, you must update the Applaud Support team so your domain can be configured.
Procedure
- Sign in to the Applaud Support portal and submit a new support request.
- In your request, include the following details:

Domain name – for example:
mycompany.com -
From email – for example:
no-reply@mycompany.com -
MAIL FROM domain – for example:
applaudmail.mycompany.com

Domain name – for example:
The Applaud Support team will then configure your domain based on these details.
