Use this page to add actions to your chatbot and activate it.
ACTIVATE |
Turns on the chatbot and its actions. When you create a chatbot, they are deactivated by default. |
DEACTIVATE |
Turns off the chatbot processing and its actions. You might want to do this if you need to make changes to your chatbot or stop the process altogether. |
Start |
Collapses the chatflow. This indicates where your chatbot processing starts and leads to the trigger for the bot. |
Chat start |
This is the trigger that you selected when you created your chatbot. It opens the Bot dialog box so that you can make changes and update your trigger. |

Opens the Chatbot action dialog box so that you can add new chatbot action, such as asking a question. |
End |
This indicates the end of your chatflow. |

Increases the size of your chart so that you can see the elements better. |

Resets the magnification of your chart. This can be useful if you have a complex chatbot that you're working on and are zoomed in and want to reset the chart's size. |

Decreases the size of your chart so that you can see the whole chart. |
|
Reloads the chart so that you can see all of the elements. |
