Bot dialog box – Applaud Support

Use this dialog box to add details of your bot and how you want it to launch.

Bot title

The name of your chatbot.

Targeting

Property	A model's property.
Criteria	The criteria you want the property's value to meet.
Value	The specific value you want the property value to be.
Launch style	Indicates how this bot is launched: Proactive pop-up message Wait until the user opens the chat.
Pop-up triggers	The triggers you want to make your chatbot open the chat window to the user: No search results Form error Exit intent Time on page Inactivity
Time on page seconds	Appears when you select the "Time on page" option from the Pop-up triggers.
Inactive seconds	Appears when you select the "Inactivity" option from the Pop-up triggers.
