The instance label or id if it has no label and the number of actions taken. |

The icon represents the type of action, and the color represents the status. |

Completed / Failed |
The overline shows the status of the action. |

Action Title |
The action title contains the type of action together with a little more context for each. |

Action subtitle |
The sub-title contains the most useful piece of data for the action. For example, for a notification action, this shows the Subject. |

Indicates how long ago the action was created. |

Opens the Action detail dialog box where you can review the raw code and diagnose any issues. |
