Workflow history provides an audit trail of all workflow processes in your Applaud tenant, with the most recent events shown at the top. This makes it easier to:
- Troubleshoot workflow errors.
- Monitor workflow activity across your organization.
- Track changes and actions for compliance purposes.
Each workflow history record shows key details such as:
- Workflow name – the process that ran.
- Status icon – success, cancelled, or error.
- User or system action – who or what triggered the workflow.
- Timestamp – when the workflow process took place.
You can select a record to quickly open the related workflow and review its configuration.
Filtering workflow history
Use the filter options to focus on specific events, such as workflows that failed or processes within a particular date range. Filtering helps you quickly isolate issues without scrolling through the full audit trail.
Subscribing to workflow errors
To stay on top of issues, you can subscribe to workflow errors. When subscribed, Applaud notifies you whenever a workflow fails, so you can act immediately and reduce disruption for your users.
Workflow statuses
