Why upgrade
Previous versions of the app use a flash-based desktop user interface. We built the current release using the latest HTML5 and javascript technologies.
The change in technology includes many improvements, such as:
- Mobile-first responsive design
- New functional features
- Visual and navigation refinements
- New technology capability
- Embedded analytics
- Greater mobile access and compatibility with MDM/MAM platforms
- iOS, Android, and Windows Phone native apps
- An HTML5 web app
Upgrading is essential because it keeps you on the latest, most secure, and stable release and ensures your users benefit from the latest innovations. In addition, our HTML-based app has many new technologies and application features that are not back-ported to previous versions. Upgrades are free for customers with an active support contract. If you no longer have a valid support contract, you will need to contact us to reinstate your support.
