Title |
The name of the survey appears in the survey list on the workforce experience or digital experience tab. |
Logo |
For digital experience surveys, you can add a logo that appears in the widget. |
Question |
The question shown to the user. For example, "How would you rate your work experience?" |
Scoring |
A list of the scoring levels.

Style |
A list for choosing what you want to use for the customer effort scoring. |
Follow-up question |
An optional second question to ask the user. For example, "Would you like to tell us more?" |
Survey timing |
You need to set this for workforce experience surveys. |
Set intervals |
Specify the feedback intervals by entering the number of days after the event started and the override question. If you don’t override the question, the one above is used. We’ll attempt to request feedback at each interval specified and up to 3 days afterwards.* |
Days from start |
The number of days from he start of the survey that you want the survey to appear. For example, your first one could have one day, and then the second could have seven days for it to appear a week later, and so on. |
Override question |
The question you want to ask at that interval. For example, "How was your first day?" and then "How was your first week?" |
Random |
Sends the survey to a random percentage of your users. |
Ask this % times |
The target user percentage. For example, "25" means the survey is shown to every one in four users. |
Minimum days between survey |
The number of days after the user is asked to respond to the survey. For example, to submit the survey again in two months, you could enter "60" days. |
Thanks message |
A message to signal the end of the survey and to thank the user for their response. For example, "Thank you for your valuable feedback!" |
