Use this page to add actions to your workflow, clone it, or activate it.
Workflow No. |
This indicates how many workflows that your model has. |
CLONE |
Makes a copy of the workflow and it's workflow actions but not the workflow transactions. |
ACTIVATE |
Turns on the workflow and its actions. When you create a workflow, they are deactivated by default. |
DEACTIVATE |
Turns off the workflow processing and its actions. You might want to do this if you need to make changes to your workflow or stop the process altogether. |
Start |
Collapses the workflow. This indicates where your workflow processing starts and leads to the trigger for the workflow. |
Trigger |
This is the trigger that you selected when you created your workflow. It opens the Create workflow dialog box so that you can make changes and update your trigger. |

Opens the Workflow action dialog dialog box so that you can add new workflow action, such as retrieving data. |
End |
This indicates the end of your workflow. |

Increases the size of your workflow chart so that you can see the elements better. |

Resets the magnification of your workflow chart. This can be useful if you have a complex workflow that you're working on and are zoomed in and want to reset the chart's size. |

Decreases the size of your workflow chart so that you can see the whole chart. |
|
Reloads the chart so that you can see all of the elements. |
