If you notice a problem with a model's workflow, you can review the process history to confirm it's running correctly and troubleshoot issues.
Process history page
You can use this page to verify that the workflow is functioning as expected and identify any issues that may arise.
| Label | Description |
|---|---|
| Process count | Shows how many workflow processes appear in the list. |
| Opens the Search box, allowing you to search by process label or instance ID. | |
| Opens the Filter menu, allowing you to narrow the list of processes. | |
| In progress | Indicates the process is currently running. |
| Canceled | Indicates the process has been canceled. |
| Failed | Indicates the process encountered an error. |
| Completed | Indicates the process completed successfully. |
| Process title | Displays the model instance label or, if not available, the instance ID. |
| Number of actions | Displays the number of actions the process has completed so far. |
| Time indicator, for example, a minute ago, 3 hours ago, 4 days ago. | Shows how long ago the workflow started. |
| Appears for in-progress processes only. Select to cancel the process. | |
| Process row | Opens the Action history dialog box. |
You can use this dialog box to view the action history of a workflow process. Actions appear in the order they were created.

| Instance label or ID | Shows the instance label or ID and the number of actions completed. |
| The icon indicates the action type. Its colour shows the status. | |
| Status (Completed / Failed) | Appears as a coloured overline across the action. |
| Action title | Describes the type of action and adds context. |
| Action subtitle | Shows the most valuable data for the action. For example, a notification shows the subject line. |
| Time indicator | Indicates when the action was created. |
| Action row | Opens the Action detail dialog box. |
You can use this dialog box to review the raw data behind a workflow action and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
The dialog includes trigger data and API payloads.
