Use this page to view the workflow's process history so that you can check the workflow is behaving as expected and troubleshoot problems.
Process history No. |
This indicates the number of workflow processes in the list. |
Opens the Search box so that you can search your list of processes. You can search by the default label or the instance ID. |

Opens the Filter menu so that you can filter your list of processes. |

In progress |
This indicates that the process action is currently running. |
Canceled |
This indicates that the process has been canceled. |
Failed |
This indicates that the process action has encountered an error. |
Completed |
This indicates that the process action is complete. |
Process Title |
The model instance label or, if not available, the instance ID. |
No. actions |
The number of actions completed so far. |

How long ago the workflow was created. |
Only shows for in-progress processes. This shows the option to cancel the process. |

Use this dialog box to view the action history of a workflow process. The workflow actions are in ascending chronological order of when that action was created.
Action history: Instance label No. |
The instance label or id if it has no label and the number of actions taken. |
The icon represents the type of action, and the color represents the status. |

Completed / Failed |
The overline shows the status of the action. |
Action Title |
The action title contains the type of action together with a little more context for each. |
Action subtitle |
The sub-title contains the most useful piece of data for the action. For example, for a notification action, this shows the Subject. |
