Workflow title
The name that you want to call your model's workflow.
Trigger on
A trigger is an event that starts a workflow. Triggers can be internal events in your Applaud tenant or events from an integrated third-party application. You can't start a workflow manually. For each trigger, there is a list of related conditions and actions that you can use in your workflow.

Conditions
Conditions start actions when the property value meets the conditions you set. They are like the start of an if-then statement. They can check against the properties of the trigger event and properties of objects involved in the event. Conditions can check simple yes or no properties. They can also check for more complex properties that check against strings or decimals. A string property is a selection of text, and a decimal property is a number.
Meet ALL of the following conditions (and)
Adds a row to your condition.

A list of criteria that you can choose that you want the property value to meet.
Value
The value that you want the property data value to meet.

A date property
Date Property
The list of available date properties from your data model. If your model doesn't have any date properties, this list is blank.
Start
A list of available options to choose when to start the workflow trigger based on the date property selected.
Number of days
This appears if you selected either A number of days before or A number of days after option from the Start list. This is the number of days before or after the property date, depending on what you chose from the Start list options.
Number of months
This appears if you selected either A number of months before or A number of months after option from the Start list. This is the number of months before or after the property date, depending on what you chose from the Start list options.
Start Time
This gives you the option to start the trigger either at The same time as the actual time on the property or at A specified time, in which case, the Time field appears, and you need to enter a time.
Time
This only appears if you select the A specified time option from the Start Time field. You can either use your keyboard to type in a time or select the clock to select the number to enter the time.
