Use this page to change the user's email address, delete them, or suspend them.
DELETE |
Changes the user's Status to deleted. Deleted users don't count towards your subscription. |
SUSPEND |
Only visible if the user is not suspended. This changes the user's Status to Suspended. Suspended users do count towards your subscription. |
UNSUSPEND |
Only visible if the user has been suspended. This changes the user's Status to Active. |
2-STEP VERIFICATION |
Only visible to you if you have turned on two-factor authentication. You can't see this for any other user. It opens the Setup 2-step verification dialog box to change your phone number or view your one-time backup code. |
User |
The user's name. You cannot change this. |

The user's email address. You can amend this. |
Status |
Indicates whether the user is active, suspended, or deleted. |
Last logged in |
Indicates when the user last signed in to your Applaud tenant. |
