When a user triggers an action within the system, requesting leave, for example, this action passes through a sequence of users and events for further action, such as approval. This sequence of users and events is known as a workflow.
Workflows sit within the Models option, and this is where you can create, edit, deactivate, and clone these sequences of events.
If you add a list block to a page to show a model's data and the model has an approval workflow, when you trigger the workflow, a "Pending approval" chip appears on the list item. For example, you might have an approval workflow that triggers when you update a property's value.

When you select the chip, it opens this Status dialog box, where you can see who the approval is with and other actions you can perform. This chip doesn't affect the primary action of the list item, where you can select the list item to open another page.

If an approval workflow gets stuck, the Tenant Admin can use the context menu to approve, reassign, cancel or select more to take you to the approval task detail dialog box. In addition, if the task includes the option to return the task, this appears on this context menu too.
