From the main burger bar menu, select Knowledge Manager to expand the menu and select Manage Knowledge. Articles requiring approval are listed at the top of the page.
From the Requires approval list, select the article you want to review. AI generates a summary of the review it performed on the article to point out some possible improvements.
Make sure there are no typos or grammar errors. Make sure you've followed your company's best practices for writing policies. You can use a policy writing checklist such as:
Is the policy document clearly titled and dated?
Are the purpose and scope of the policy clearly defined?
Is the policy logically structured with clear headings and subheadings?
Is the language clear, concise, and free of jargon or overly technical terms?
Have you included any relevant links, images, videos, or attachments?
You can review the article's scorecard by selecting VIEW SCORECARD. See our knowledge base article, About scorecards.
If improvements are required, select RETURN, type up your notes in the Return comments section, and select RETURN NOW. Applaud sends the author a notification informing them that the article has been reviewed and returned with your comments. The author will make amendments and then resubmit it for approval.
When you are happy with the article, select APPROVE. Applaud sends the author a notification informing them that the article has been reviewed and approved.
