- Filtering and Sorting: Filter by content properties and sort by views, likes, dislikes, and sentiments.
- View Count: Automatically tracks and displays page views.

Automatically run a specific workflow once a task is marked as complete without manual intervention. You can add this option at any time and easily select relevant workflows.

Nominate Gen AI to interact with external bots
Empower your AI chatbot to engage with external bots like Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp, seamlessly enhancing response quality.
The new feature for generative AI chatbots allows you to select a bot to converse with other bots and generate responses. Once you choose this new option, you can use an external bot to communicate with the chosen bot and interact with the Applaud bots.
