The Knowledge Lifecycle History page in Applaud helps you track the progress of a knowledge article. You can view a detailed timeline of actions, including creation, submission for approval, returns for edits, approvals, and publication. Each entry shows the timestamp, article version, and the user who performed the action. Use this record to maintain accountability and monitor the article’s lifecycle efficiently.
Procedure
- From the main burger bar menu, select KNOWLEDGE OWNER to expand the menu and select My Knowledge.
- Find and select the article you want to view, and from the top of the page, select the HISTORY tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to see who created the article and when. Then, scrolling up the page, you can see who submitted it for approval and who approved and published it.
