The Knowledge Revisions page in Applaud displays all versions of a knowledge article. You can review its history and identify the current and published revisions. Each entry includes the version number, author, timestamp, and associated notes. This page ensures that users can access previous versions if needed and track the progression of the article to its final published state.
Procedure
- From the main burger bar menu, select Knowledge Manager to expand the menu and select Manage Knowledge.
- Find and select the article you want to edit, and from the top of the page, select the REVISIONS tab.
- Find and select the version you want to restore, then select RESTORE.
- Review your choice and then select RESTORE NOW.
