As a knowledge manager, you can evaluate how an article performs against scorecard criteria by viewing the scorecard and checking its suggestions for readability, engagement, relevance, and originality.

Procedure
- From the main burger bar menu, select KNOWLEDGE OWNER to expand the menu and select My knowledge.
- Find and select the article you want to review. This one could require approval in the top list or one already approved in the All content list, lower down on the page.
- On the top right of the page, in the Score box, you can see the "Overall score." You can either select VIEW SCORECARD or select the SCORECARD tab.
- Review the AI-generated review notes and the various scores shown in the Scores box. For more details on each section, see our knowledge base article, About scorecards.
