Menu item dialog box – Applaud Support

Use this dialog box to add a new item to your menu.

You can add:

A container or sub-menu. When you add this, you can add another item and choose this as the Parent.
A page from your tenant.
A link to an external location.

Container of Sub-items

In a page header, containers show pages or links in a drop-down menu:

When used in a list, it shows as a collapsable item:

Label	What you want the menu item to be in your menu.
Icon	The icon you want to appear beside your item's label.
Icon color	The icon's color.
Restrict devices	Which devices you don't want this menu item to appear on.

Page	A list of pages in your tenant. You can select any page, even admin pages. If a user doesn't have access to the page they won't be able to see the link in your menu.
Label	What you want your menu item to be in your menu.
Parent	If you have created any containers, this is a list of those you have created in this menu.
Icon	The icon you want to appear beside your item's label.
Icon color	The color you want the icon to appear as when displayed.
Restrict devices	Which devices you don't want this menu item to appear on.

Hyperlink	The link address you want to open when the user selects the menu item.
New tab	If you want the link to open in a new browser tab.
Label	What you want your menu item to be in your menu.
Parent	If you have created any containers, this is a list of those you have created in this menu.
Icon	The icon you want to appear beside your item's label.
Icon color	The color you want the icon to appear as when displayed.
Restrict devices	Which devices you don't want this menu item to appear on.
