Use this page to add actions to your validation rule, or activate it.

Validation No. |
This indicates how many validation rules that your model has. |

ACTIVATE |
Turns on the rule and its actions. When you create a rule, they are deactivated by default. |
|
DEACTIVATE |
Turns off the rule processing and its actions. You might want to do this if you need to make changes to your rule or stop the rule altogether. |

Start |
Collapses the hierarchical view. This indicates where your rule processing starts and leads to the trigger for the rule. |
|
Trigger |
This is the trigger that you selected when you created your validation rule. It opens the Create Validation rule dialog box so that you can make changes and update your trigger. |

|
Opens the Validation action dialog box so that you can add a new action, such as retrieving data. |
|
End |
This indicates the end of your rule. |
|
|
Increases the size of your chart so that you can see the elements better. |
|
|
Resets the magnification of your chart. This can be useful if you have a complex rule that you're working on and are zoomed in and want to reset the chart's size. |
|
|
Decreases the size of your chart so that you can see the whole chart. |
|
|
Reloads the chart so that you can see all of the elements. |
