On the Applaud toolbar, select the task icon.
- On the Tasks page, select ADD.
- On the New task dialog box, in the Title box, type in a name for your task.
- In the Notes box, type in what task you want to be completed.
- If you want the task done by a specific period, select Set a due date.
- Under the Due on section, in the Date box, select the date picker and choose the date you want the task done by.
- In the Time box, either type when you want the task done or select the clock and choose the time.
- If you want to send a reminder before the task is due, select the Send a reminder option.
- From the Remind me list, select when you want your Applaud tenant to send a reminder.
- When you're done, select SAVE.
