Request a SharePoint site quota upgrade if you need to connect more SharePoint sites than your current subscription allows.
Tip: Before requesting a quota increase, review your connected SharePoint sites and disconnect any sites that are no longer needed.
Before you begin
Before you submit your request, gather the following information:
- Your current SharePoint site limit.
- The total number of SharePoint sites you need to connect.
- The reason you require additional connected sites.
Request a site quota upgrade
- Submit a support request to Applaud Support.
- Enter SharePoint connector: Site quota upgrade request as the subject.
- Include the required information.
- Submit the request.
Include the following information
Provide the following details in your request:
- Organization or tenant name.
- Applaud environment, if applicable.
- Current SharePoint site limit.
- Requested SharePoint site limit.
- The SharePoint sites you plan to connect.
- The reason for the increase.
- Business impact, if applicable.
- Preferred implementation timeline.
What happens next
After your request is approved:
- Applaud updates your SharePoint site quota.
- Applaud Support confirms your new site limit.
- You can connect additional SharePoint sites.
