If you want to monitor your site's usage, you can use Google Analytics with your Applaud tenant and add your tracking code. See Google's help topic, Get started with Analytics. You can also keep track of other sites that you are tracking with the same tracking code.
You can also link your Google tag manager code to your Applaud tenant to track a specific tenant, see Google's help topic, Tag Manager overview.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics tracks user navigation activity across your website, such as session duration, pages per session, and bounce rate, along with information on the traffic source. We do not customize any options for data sent to Google Analytics. To see more about what data Google Analytics collects, see the section titled "Data Collected by Google Analytics" in their article, Information for Sites and Apps Using Google Analytics.
We follow the best practices and don't capture any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) as described in Google's article, Best practices to avoid sending PII.
Applaud supports Universal Analytics and Google Analytics 4. This means you can use your tracking numbers that start with UA- or G-. We use tag.js in both the mobile and non-mobile Applaud applications.
Applaud also collects usage data using Google Analytics codes to help improve product improvements. This includes user navigation activity, such as session duration, pages per session, bounce rate, and information on the traffic's source. No personally identifiable information is sent.
