Add a Search block to your page
On your page, select ADD CONTENT, and in the Content dialog box, select the Search box block.
Scroll down, and in the Title box, give your search box a meaningful name.
Select SAVE.
Configure your Search box settings
To add a text placeholder in your search box, in the Search input placeholder box, enter the text you want to appear. For example, "What are you looking for today?" If you leave this blank, the default text is "Search." Here's an example with the text, "Find answers, people, services, and knowledge."
To specify the text of your search box's submit button, in the Button label box, type in the text for your button. If you leave this blank, the default text is "Submit."
To restrict the search to the data in certain models, in the Restrict the search box, start typing the name of the model you want to restrict the search by and select it from the list. Otherwise, to allow a search of all data, leave this blank.
