The AI Assistant block lets you add an interactive AI Assistant to a page. In the content block picker, it appears as AI Assistant with a robot icon.
What the AI Assistant block does
When you add the AI Assistant block to a page, it:
- Displays the AI Assistant interface
- Connects to the AI service in the background
- Allows users to interact with the assistant directly on that page
It is designed to be simple to add and easy to configure.
You can add only one AI Assistant block per page.
Add the AI Assistant block
Prerequisites
Open an existing page or create a new one. See our knowledge base article: Add a new page.
Steps
- Open the page in edit mode.
- Select ADD CONTENT,
- In the Content dialog box, select AI Assistant.
- Scroll down, and in the Title box, enter a meaningful name for your AI Assistant.
- Select SAVE.
Configure your block settings
- On the top-right of the AI Assistant block, select the cog
.
- On the Settings dialog box, configure your General content settings. See our knowledge base article, General content settings.
