Only users with either Journey manager, Tenant admin or Identity Manager can grant access to other users.
Prerequisite
Any users you want to grant access to manage journeys must be employees and users in the system.
Procedure
- From the top navigation bar, select the burger menu and Journeys to expand the selection and select Journey users.
- Select Grant Access, and from the Employee list, select the person you want, and then from the Role list, select the level of access you want to grant them.
- Journey viewer: Can view journey setup but cannot change anything.
- Journey editor: Can create new journeys and view and modify existing journeys.
- Journey manager: Inherits all of Journey editor plus can manage journey users.
- Once done, select SAVE.
