Certain configuration items need to be checked before utilizing Analytics for Knowledge Management. This article will guide you through the locations in Applaud where you can verify these items.
Model enabled for content analytics
The Published knowledge content model has a default read-only option selected. If you notice that this option is not selected after installing the Knowledge management template, contact our support team to request that it be applied.
View count standard property
When the Model enabled for content analytics option is selected, a new standard View count property is added to the model.
List block custom sort order by View count
You can use the View count property in the Custom sort order of a list block:

You can use the new option to show the total number of views per item, which displays a small eye icon and the view count number next to each item in the list. This only appears for grid, row, and timeline layouts.
Enable for filtering on content analytics
The Published knowledge content model's properties can be used as filters on the Analytics page.
Collect page views and feedback for content insights
This option is found on the Page settings on the Knowledge article view page installed by the Knowledge Management template.
When selected, it adds a feedback section to the bottom of the page and logs the number of page views shown on the Analytics dashboard.
Article feedback
Users see a section at the bottom of the page where they can select whether the article was helpful.
If they select YES, they can enter comments that are logged.
If they select NO, they can enter comments that are logged.
