Users with the user roles, Tenant admin, or Experience designer can view how your organization's workforce is using the Applaud app so you can measure and improve your Applaud platform's digital employee experience. The Experience Insights page obtains the data from your Google Analytics account using the site's property ID and a keyfile.json generated in Google Console, which you can enter and upload on the tenant's Settings page. It also shows data from your Google Tag Manager account, which you need to import our JSON container to view details in the All Forms graph block.
You can't amend the dashboard, but you can use filters. Filters at the top of the page adjust the information display for all chart blocks. For example, date range, country filter, role filter, and device filter.
Metrics
The top of the Experience Insights page shows some main Google Analytics metrics. We've added descriptions of what each metric is showing. However, since this is data from Google Analytics, to understand your data more deeply, see Google Analytics help articles.

Engagement rate |
Engagement time |
The Users and Active Users metrics show how many users engaged with your site or app. | The period a user is active on your site or app. By default, if a user is inactive for 30 minutes or more, any future activity is attributed to a new session. Users who leave your site and return within 30 minutes are counted as part of the original session. | The engagement rate is the number of engaged sessions divided by the total number of sessions over a specified period. An engaging session is a session that lasted longer than 10 seconds, had a conversion event, or had at least two page views or screen views. | How engaged users are with your app is evidenced by the number of sessions they initiate, how long those sessions last, the number of different screens they view, and the rate at which they complete goals (Loyalty). The number of days that go by between sessions (Recency). |
