Applaud supports Google single sign-on (SSO) so your users can sign in with their Google account instead of managing separate login credentials. This improves security and provides a smoother sign-in experience.
Local login fallback
If you enable SSO but cannot log in using it, you can still access your tenant using local login. This option is available only to users with the Tenant admin role. See our knowledge base article, Rescue URL for tenant administrators.
Google integration
If your organization uses Google accounts, you can link your Applaud tenant to your Google environment. To do this, you must provide your Google Client ID and Client Secret in your Applaud tenant settings.
Once configured, Applaud will use Google to authenticate and authorize your users.
